• Read the market — feed grade-level pricing and availability signals back to the desk
• Partner with the global team to move cross-border transactions to close

Requirements

• 5+ years in polymer trading, brokerage, or procurement
• A live network in Southeast Asian petrochemical markets
• Fluent English; Mandarin or a regional language is a strong plus
• You make decisions from data and are quick with digital tools
• Sharp negotiator who people trust to do the deal right

Responsibilities

• Source polyethylene and polypropylene from LATAM producers and distributors
• Open new accounts and grow existing producer relationships
• Spot opportunities early using our market-analysis tools
• Own counterparty verification and the documentation that backs each deal
• Drive contracts to execution alongside our transaction team

Requirements

• 5+ years in polymer trading or petrochemical procurement
• Real depth in Latin American polymer markets
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese; working English required
• Comfortable in structured, tool-driven workflows
• A track record of relationships that turn into repeat business

Responsibilities

• Own producer relationships across the GCC and the European trading landscape
• Source PE, PP, PVC, and engineering plastics into global demand
• Use our tools for live market monitoring and price discovery
• Set the bar for counterparty due diligence on high-value flows
• Structure and close complex, multi-party transactions

Requirements

• 7+ years in polymer brokerage or trading
• Existing relationships with Gulf producers strongly preferred
• Fluent in the European plastics trade and its rhythms
• Confident with data and analytics in your day-to-day
• Communicator and negotiator others want on their side of the table

Responsibilities

• Open distribution channels for polymers into African markets
• Win and keep relationships with packaging, construction, and manufacturing buyers
• Assess and onboard new counterparties through our verification systems
• Surface emerging demand signals back to the desk before competitors see them
• Navigate documentation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions

Requirements

• 5+ years in African plastics markets or trade finance
• A strong network across Sub-Saharan markets
• Fluent in the packaging, construction, and manufacturing buyer base
• At home in a digital, process-driven environment
• Experienced with cross-border trade documentation

Responsibilities

• Design and ship systems for market-data collection, analysis, and pricing
• Build counterparty verification and due-diligence tooling traders rely on daily
• Own data pipelines and reporting that the desk trusts to be right
• Wire platform workflows into how operations actually work
• Sit close to sourcing and ops — ship the features that remove their friction

Requirements

• 4+ years in backend or platform engineering
• Hands-on with workflow automation and data pipelines
• Strong with TypeScript and Python and a modern web stack
• Curiosity about polymer or commodity markets (we'll teach you the rest)
• You debug from first principles and write things down clearly

• Own the transaction lifecycle from match through document release
• Manage pro-forma invoices, Incoterms, and compliance documentation
• Track settlement status and document uploads (Bill of Lading, inspection certs)
• Keep buyers and sellers aligned and informed through every milestone
